in life we spend a lot of time preparing for what we will do, and very little time doing it. we study all year for examinations that last three hours.
the worst part with ventures: there is no fixed examination date. i see a lot of startup founders just mucking over their product again and again, fixing it again and again, just like me. instead of fixing the distribution aspect.
because if distribution is nailed down, product is something that can, and of course will, be developed over the tenure. that realization took me a lot of time to get.
